Michael C. Fox, Jr., a licensed Realtor in Virginia since 1976, has been appraising residential real estate for over 20 years. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Certified Instructor.
From 1978 through the early 1980’s Michael appraised properties in Maryland, Washington, D. C. and Virginia. In 1985 he began to specialize in Northern Virginia appraisals. He accepted a full time position as Asst. Vice Pres./Mgr of the Appraisal Department for First Washington Mortgage Corp. in 1987.
In September of 1990 Michael left First Washington and reopened Fox Appraisals which has been ongoing ever since. In the early 1990’s he helped develop the 75 hour Appraisal Course for the National Association of Realtors in Chicago and taught the same for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
The client list for Fox Appraisals includes lawyers, private individuals, employment relocation firms, REO departments, banks and mortgage companies.
